The BrightIron Accounts Payable Financing facility is an innovative financial product targeted at credit worthy, entrepreneurial companies (“Buyers”) with annual revenues of up to $1.0 billion and significant trade purchase volumes.
BrightIrons Accounts Payable Financing facility, is a fully-secured loan provided to Buyers to establish a voluntary early payment program to pay their Suppliers faster. Under this program Suppliers would be presented with an option to receive early payment for their invoices in exchange for an early payment discount. BrightIron would pay Suppliers “opting in” to receive early payment the full invoice amount less an early payment discount within 24 hours. The Buyer would then pay BrightIron 100% of the invoice amount on a pre-agreed payment date.
