One way we build and protect our culture is to ensure that the senior management team always leads by example. By aggressively promoting our company's core values, through the thoughts and actions of the senior management, we promote and foster to our associates at all times, a strong code of ethics. We also promote and foster a culture of openness, in which healthy debate is encouraged and associates are encouraged to bring forward new ideas. We also do not hesitate to separate ourselves from individuals who violate our values or ethical standards, regardless of performance or potential. We believe results are important but how we achieve results is even more important. Our commitment to this principle is the key to sustaining the public trust and confidence in our company.
